We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Your order may be returned for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions: Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Customer received the item damaged or defective. Incorrect item was shipped. Seals on bottles are not broken. Item is not personalized with inscription. Item was not a special order.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All return orders must have a return authorization number.
Simply send us an e-mail at customer-service@greatgiftsandmore.com with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
Your name. Reason for return. Order or invoice number. What you would like (refund or exchange).
Once we receive your request, we will send you via e-mail your assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#) and all the information needed to send the item(s) back. This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange.
Once your return has been received by us, a credit, refund or exchange will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
